Biojava is a BioXXX project in Bioinformatics/Proteomics/Genomics/... fields.
It aims to help biologists/scientists in tackling their problems more
efficiently by sharing ideas, codes, programs and data
It is a sister project of Bioperl.

Who are the BioJava people?

• Anybody. Including, YOU!
• Essentially anybody, who is looking at this page, has something to help with Biojava, as it is conceived as an open project for biologists and computing scientists (and further anybody who wants to collaborate with other people to produce something useful and fun in our lives). Please do not be deterred by any people who care more about their fames and individual gains than the actual contributions to the science community. Let's be generous and share the objects. At the end, it might be saving much time and boring work of your son's generation by standardizing tools. At the even further end, it might not mean  anything to anybody and anything in this universe. And still we had a good time in working with other fun loving people on this planet.
